The catalogue numbers "Lyne xxx" refers to Peter Lyne's worklist in En bok till Hilding Rosenberg 21 juni 1977, still available through the Musical Academy in Stockholm! Åhlén 1992 refers to Carl-Gunnar Åhlén's worklist in the booklet to Caprice 21510. Broman 2000 refers to the dissertation "Kakofont storhetsvansinne eller uttryck för det djupaste liv?" by Per Olov Broman.
